By using the Hub, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>2. No Collection of Personal or Confidential Information<\/strong><br>\nO\u2019Eme does not collect, store, or transmit any personal, confidential, or health-related information (PHI) through the Hub.<\/p>\n\n<p>The Hub serves as an informational resource only. It does not host or process enrollment data, employee identifiers, or any personally identifiable information (PII).<\/p>\n\n<p>When Users click \u201cEnroll Here\u201d or similar links, they are redirected to a secure third-party enrollment system designated by their employer or broker. Those platforms are solely responsible for collecting and protecting personal data.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>3. Use of Artificial Intelligence (\u201cSherp\u201d)<\/strong><br>\nSome Hubs may include an AI-powered assistant (\u201c<strong>Sherp<\/strong>\u201d) to help Users locate benefit resources or explain general topics.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>Sherp does not collect or retain personal or confidential information.<\/li>\n  <li>If a conversation could involve health or personal details, Sherp will request explicit consent before proceeding.<\/li>\n  <li>All information provided by Sherp is educational and should be verified against official plan documents or benefit summaries.<\/li>\n  <li>O\u2019Eme may review anonymized interaction data to improve AI accuracy and user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>5. Cookies and Site Analytics<\/strong><br>\nThe Hub may use basic cookies or similar technologies to support essential site functions and measure general usage.<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n  <li>These cookies do not track individual identities or browsing behavior across other websites.<\/li>\n  <li>Users may adjust browser settings to disable cookies, though doing so may affect Hub functionality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>6.
