The Hub is designed solely to provide employees (“Users”) with easy access to benefit education, video materials, and support resources. By using the Hub, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
3. Limited Technical and Usage Information
To maintain Hub performance and reliability, O’Eme may automatically receive limited, non-identifiable data, such as:
- Browser type and operating system;
- Aggregate site traffic metrics (e.g., page visits, viewing duration, timestamps);
- Anonymized AI agent interaction statistics.
This information is used only for operational monitoring and service improvement. It cannot be linked to individual users and is never shared for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Use of Artificial Intelligence (“Sherp”)
Some Hubs may include an AI-powered assistant (“Sherp”) to help Users locate benefit resources or explain general topics.
- Sherp does not collect or retain personal or confidential information.
- If a conversation could involve health or personal details, Sherp will request explicit consent before proceeding.
- All information provided by Sherp is educational and should be verified against official plan documents or benefit summaries.
- O’Eme may review anonymized interaction data to improve AI accuracy and user experience.
5. Cookies and Site Analytics
The Hub may use basic cookies or similar technologies to support essential site functions and measure general usage.
- These cookies do not track individual identities or browsing behavior across other websites.
- Users may adjust browser settings to disable cookies, though doing so may affect Hub functionality.
6. Third-Party Links
The Hub may contain links to third-party websites, including enrollment portals and carrier sites. O’Eme and the Client are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of those external systems.
When accessing an external site, Users should review that site’s own privacy policy before providing any personal information.
7. Data Security
Although O’Eme does not store personal data, it maintains appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to ensure the integrity and availability of Hub content and systems.
8. Data Retention
Since no personal data is collected, O’Eme retains only aggregate, anonymized system logs and analytics necessary for technical operation and service evaluation. No identifiable data is retained once sessions end.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Hub is intended for use by employees and adult dependents. O’Eme does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from individuals under the age of 18.
