1. Introduction
Welcome to your company’s Benefit Hub (“Hub”). The Hub is developed and maintained by O’Eme, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“O’Eme,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), under agreement with your employer and/or their benefits broker (collectively, the “Client”).
By accessing or using this Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Hub.
The Hub is designed as a central point of access for benefits education, awareness, and support, and may include informational videos, EMODs, interactive tools, and links to secure enrollment platforms. It is not an enrollment or data-collection system.
2. Informational Purpose Only
All materials, videos, and tools provided through the Hub are for informational and educational purposes only.
- The benefit details presented are provided and approved by your employer or their benefits broker.
- O’Eme does not provide legal, financial, or professional benefits advice.
- For all official or binding benefit information, please refer to your company’s supporting plan documents, summary plan descriptions (SPDs), or contact your employer’s HR or benefits administrator.
3. Accuracy of Information
O’Eme works in partnership with the Client to ensure materials are accurate and up to date. However, O’Eme does not warrant or guarantee that the information contained on this Hub is error-free, complete, or current.
The supporting plan documents provided by your employer or broker are the source of truth for all plan terms, eligibility, coverage levels, and costs.
Neither O’Eme nor the Client shall be liable for any reliance on Hub content or for any decisions made based on this information.
4. AI Assistant (“Sherp”)
The Hub may include access to a virtual assistant (“Sherp”) powered by artificial intelligence to assist with general benefits education and navigation.
- Sherp is for informational purposes only and should not be used to discuss or share confidential or personal data.
- If an inquiry could involve personal or health-related information (PHI), Sherp will request explicit consent before continuing that interaction.
- Information provided by Sherp should always be verified against your official benefit documents or through your HR or benefits representative.
- O’Eme and the Client are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or interpretations resulting from AI-generated responses.
5. Third-Party Links and Enrollment Platforms
The Hub may contain links or redirects (“Enroll Here” or similar) to external websites, including benefit enrollment platforms and insurance carrier portals.
- O’Eme does not control, operate, or endorse these third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or security practices.
- When you click on an external link, you are subject to that third party’s privacy policy and terms of use. Please review those policies before providing any personal or confidential information.
6. Intellectual Property
The Hub incorporates both client-specific branding and O’Eme-produced materials.
Client Ownership: All client logos, trademarks, and proprietary images remain the property of the respective employer or broker.
O’Eme Ownership: All videos, EMODs, AI tools, written scripts, and web framework remain the exclusive property of O’Eme, LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Users may not copy, download, modify, distribute, or reuse any O’Eme materials without prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use
By using this Hub, you agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute videos, graphics, or text without authorization;
- Attempt to access or alter any part of the Hub other than for its intended purpose;
- Use automated systems, scripts, or bots to extract or interact with Hub content;
- Introduce malware, viruses, or interfere with Hub performance.
O’Eme reserves the right to suspend or restrict access in the event of misuse or violation of these Terms.
8. Privacy and Data Handling
This Hub does not collect, store, or transmit personal or confidential information. All enrollment and data-sharing activities occur exclusively on your employer’s designated secure enrollment platform.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- O’Eme and the Client shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of this Hub or reliance on its content.
- O’Eme’s total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for access to this Hub.
- O’Eme and the Client make no warranties as to uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Hub.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Modifications
O’Eme may update or modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Hub constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
